I am one of those dear readers who thinks this is the best season of Hacks yet. I’m pleasantly surprised because I thought season 2 was middling. But this season has had plenty of laughs and good storylines. Come back!
Addendum: I just stared watching Dr. Who BECAUSE of Ncuti Gatwa who I absolutely fell in love with when he was on Sex Education. I have never seen a previous episode or season of Dr. Who before this one and I’ve fallen head over heels for The Doctor.
If The Bear is gonna stay true to chef/kitchen “culture”, then Carmy and Sydney need to have the hottest, dirtiest, passionate f*ck of their lives, which ultimately destroys their relationship (professional and personal) before they both go on to do their own successful thing. That show has stressed me out far too much to give me a happy palatable ending. Give me umami in the last season: sex, despair, and a lingering.
